Ohr Property Services LLC operates as a marketplace platform connecting Requesters (clients) with Providers (independent contractors) who deliver professional cleaning services. By booking or receiving services through Ohr Property Services LLC, you agree to the following policies.

Ohr Property Services LLC facilitates connections between clients (Requesters) and cleaning professionals (Providers). All Providers operate as independent contractors (ICs) and not employees of Ohr Property Services LLC.

Requesters agree not to directly solicit or hire Providers outside the platform. A referral fee of $1,540 will apply if a Requester hires a current or former Provider within one year of their agreement with Ohr Property Services LLC.

Appointments are not guaranteed until manually confirmed by Ohr Property Services LLC. Availability changes may lead to cancellations.

Ohr Property Services LLC offers a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If dissatisfied, Requesters may request a re-cleaning of missed areas. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of service. Ohr Property Services LLC's liability under this guarantee is limited and secondary to any personal insurance held by the Requester.

Charges, including applicable fees and taxes, are detailed at booking. Ohr Property Services LLC reserves the right to adjust charges based on the actual conditions of the property or requested changes during the service.

A cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking may apply if a service is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, or if the Provider cannot perform the service due to the Requester's fault (e.g., no access to the property).

Providers may use phones for essential communications during the service. If this is a concern, notify Ohr Property Services LLC, and accommodations will be made where possible.

Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of the service by phone at 402-916-0559 or email at support@ohrpropertyservices.com, along with all necessary documentation such as photos or police reports.

Ohr Property Services LLC reserves the right to update these terms and policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
